Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms and conditions apply when Encirco Limited ("we", "us", "our") supplies pre-cut paint protection film kits and related products ("Products") to you, whether ordered through stekppfkits.com, by email, over the phone, or by accepting a written quote or invoice.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, in particular clause 5 (Pattern Proofs), clause 10 (Claims) and clause 13 (Liability).
1. Information About Us
We are Encirco Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 14328844, VAT number GB425216227. Registered office: Unit 8 Parkway House Developments, Wakefield Road, Ossett, WF5 9JD.
2. Trade Supply Only
2.1 We supply Products to trade customers only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business (such as an installer, detailer or bodyshop) and not as a consumer.
2.2 You confirm that you can legally enter into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
2.3 Because you are buying as a business, consumer cancellation rights (including the 14-day cooling-off period) do not apply.
3. How the Contract Is Formed
3.1 Your order is an offer to buy the Products. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3.2 Every kit is cut to order for the vehicle, coverage level and film you select. You may change or cancel an order placed on our website within 15 minutes of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible. Where they are possible, we will charge for costs already incurred, subject to a minimum charge of £15 + VAT. Once cutting has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including where we are unable to fulfil it (for example due to film availability, a pattern being unavailable, a pricing error, or suspected fraud). If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have paid for that order in full, and we will have no further liability to you.
4. Vehicle Selection and Specification
4.1 You are responsible for selecting or providing the correct vehicle make, model, year, chassis code, trim, body style and coverage level, whether you order online, by email or over the phone. Please check your order confirmation carefully and tell us of any errors before cutting begins.
4.2 Our patterns are designed for factory-standard vehicles. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by aftermarket body parts, body kits, modified or replaced panels, previous repairs, regional specification differences, or incorrect vehicle details supplied by you.
4.3 If you are unsure which kit or coverage level is right for your vehicle, contact us before ordering.
5. Pattern Proofs
5.1 Pattern proofs are available on request. A proof shows the pattern we intend to cut so that you can check it covers what you need.
5.2 It is your responsibility to check that the pattern is suitable for your vehicle and your intended coverage. If you do not request a proof, you accept the pattern as supplied for the vehicle and coverage level you ordered, and we accept no liability for the pattern not meeting your requirements or expectations.
5.3 We may provide a proof whether or not you request one, and we will only send one before cutting has started. Production does not wait for proof approval. Any proof we send is treated as accepted unless you tell us of a problem before we start cutting your kit.
5.4 Once a proof is accepted, or treated as accepted under clause 5.3, we accept no liability for the pattern's coverage, panel layout or fit.
5.5 Clauses 5.2 to 5.4 do not affect our responsibility where we supply a kit for a different vehicle, coverage level or film from the one you ordered (see clause 10).
6. Production and Delivery
6.1 Production starts after payment and order confirmation. Orders placed after 1pm start the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
6.2 Finished orders are dispatched by courier for next-day delivery. Delivery may take longer to remote UK regions.
6.3 Any carriage we arrange is on your behalf, and we are not liable for courier delays.
6.4 If delivery fails because you gave us incorrect address details, we may charge for return and re-dispatch.
6.5 Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for at the address you gave us, we have no further liability for it, even if someone other than the intended recipient signs.
7. Non-Delivery
You must report non-delivery within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
8. Product Tolerances
8.1 Minor variations in film appearance, edge finish and dimensions are inherent to cut film and do not count as defects.
8.2 Kits may need minor trimming or edge work during installation, which is normal practice.
9. Pricing and Payment
9.1 Prices are as quoted, except in cases of obvious error. Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise.
9.2 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed, except in cases of obvious error.
9.3 Where we have agreed credit terms with you, we may charge interest on overdue invoices at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, plus an administration fee to cover debt recovery costs.
9.4 If a credit customer becomes insolvent, or a winding-up or bankruptcy petition is issued against them, we may stop work on any contract and charge for work already carried out and materials bought. We may also hold any goods of yours in our possession against unpaid debts and, after 14 days' notice, sell them and apply the proceeds to those debts.
10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Kits
10.1 You must inspect your kit immediately on receipt and before installation.
10.2 Report any damage, defect, missing panels, or a kit that doesn't match your order to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, using the contact details on our website. Include your order number and clear photos.
10.3 We may ask you to keep the kit for 30 days or return it to us unused for inspection.
10.4 Where we confirm a problem is our fault, we will re-cut and replace the affected panels or the full kit as a priority. If a replacement isn't possible, we will refund the affected items.
10.5 We cannot accept claims for kits or panels that have been installed or used, for damage caused during installation, or for claims not reported in line with clause 10.2.
11. STEK Manufacturer Warranty
11.1 STEK films carry STEK's manufacturer warranty. Coverage, duration and conditions vary by film series and region and are set by STEK, not by us.
11.2 To activate the warranty, the installation must be registered with STEK directly, in line with their requirements. Full details are at stekautomotive.com/warranty.
11.3 Warranty claims for film performance after installation (such as yellowing, cracking or delamination) must be made through STEK's warranty process. We will help where we reasonably can, but we are not the warrantor.
12. Installation
12.1 Installation is entirely your responsibility. A kit is treated as accepted once any part of it has been applied to a vehicle.
12.2 We accept no liability for damage to the Products, vehicle or property during or after installation, or for results affected by installation technique, surface preparation or paint condition.
13. Liability
13.1 Our liability for any Product is limited to the price paid for that Product, including delivery.
13.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13.3 We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or contracts, wasted time, missed deadlines, or any indirect or consequential loss, even if foreseeable.
14. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, war, fire, flood, epidemic, transport or telecoms failure, supplier failure, or government action. Our obligations are suspended while the event continues, and we will use reasonable efforts to resume performance.
15. Electronic Communications
You agree to receive contracts, invoices and notices electronically.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.
17. Marketing Use
We may photograph or film Products made for your order, before dispatch or in production, and use these images on our website, social media and other marketing. We will not include your name, business name, contact details or any other customer information. If you share photos of installed kits with us, we will only repost them with your permission. If you'd prefer your order not to be featured, tell us when you order.
18. Privacy
We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
19. Contact
For questions or complaints, contact our customer service team using the details on our website, or write to us at Unit 8 Parkway House Developments, Wakefield Road, Ossett, WF5 9JD.
20. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
