All STEK DynoShield film carries a manufacturer warranty administered directly by STEK Automotive. Encirco is a trade supplier and installer partner, not the warranty administrator — this page is a general summary, not the full policy.
Warranty cover, terms and any claim decisions are set and made solely by STEK Automotive. Encirco does not administer, approve or guarantee warranty outcomes. For the full, current policy, always refer to STEK's official warranty page or speak to your Encirco account manager.
What Encirco Does
We register your warranty with STEK on your behalf and batch-track every roll we dispatch, so any kit can be traced back to its exact film batch if a claim is ever needed. Aftercare advice is emailed to you once your order ships.
If you ever run into an issue, we're happy to help you put together and submit the information STEK needs for a claim — but the assessment and final decision on any claim rests entirely with STEK Automotive, not Encirco.
