Production times

Every STEK PPF kit is cut to order. Production starts once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed by email.

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day start production the same day. Orders placed after 1pm start the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Finished orders are dispatched by tracked courier for next-day delivery. Delivery usually takes place the next working day after dispatch, but may take longer to remote UK regions, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Signing for your order

All orders must be signed for on delivery. Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for at the address you gave us, we have no further liability for it, even if someone other than the intended recipient signs.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If delivery fails because the address details were incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us and we may charge for re-delivery.

Courier delays

Delivery times are estimates. Any carriage we arrange is on your behalf, and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

Non-delivery

If your order hasn't arrived, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date, using the contact details on our website, so we can investigate with the courier.

Damaged in transit

Inspect your kit as soon as it arrives and before installation. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how claims are handled.
